3 + 3 + 3 + 3 with only 8% burn condition ? possible.......

Hiya Guys,

so today in the morning I have figured out somehow perfect 3+3+3+3 , surprisingly with only 8% condition burn ... so I share



I have 2 whistles on all 6 drills (they all easy or very trainings)

Pass, Go, Shout
Piggy in the middle
Use your Head
Warm Up
Stretch
Carioca with Ladders

Players used - 18 (not sure if this has any impact on level bars after the training)

I am still learning this feature

But I guess we have some guys who have hacked out the new training. But what do we get in 3 bars? How much does it fill, since it won't obviously fill 3%
