so today in the morning I have figured out somehow perfect 3+3+3+3 , surprisingly with only 8% condition burn ... so I share
I have 2 whistles on all 6 drills (they all easy or very trainings)
Pass, Go, Shout
Piggy in the middle
Use your Head
Warm Up
Stretch
Carioca with Ladders
Players used - 18 (not sure if this has any impact on level bars after the training)
I am still learning this feature
