Noticed on loading top 11 you get hints and guides, one such guide says you can purchase players direct from another manager,hence avoiding auction. For the life of me I can't find a link to this. Is it only triggered once you reach a certain level, I am at level 2 and more than a good chance of promotion goal difference +110 at present (I digress) Advice appreciated Alan RFC

Yes level 4…I wouldn´t bother about it
Look for proven players with good stats if you do buy negotiations. Like those with 50+ games.
