Do counter attack really works in T11?

Yes it works.
But it also works some times even if you don't choose it.
And it makes sense.
Which (real football) team wouldn't go for a counter attack if had the opportunity

I am new and haven't used it yet but lots of people on this forum seem to have success using counter attack. Or am I missing something??

It doesn't weaken the defence, counter-attack means your defence allows the opponents to come at them, commit themselves to their own attack, and then, once the ball has been taken by your side, quickly passed upfield, catching the opposition out of position.

Use Force Counter with defensive formations like 4-5-1V with (in this case) long passing, focus attack down flanks. You'll need good, fast wingers/other forward players to make it effective.

if counter attacks make your team weak in defense, then when we see
a live game and see our team failing in a counter attack, then we would see the opponent making a counter attack in our counter attack - lol
but nothing is happening after that.
