where are all the decent scouts

ive been sitting on a hoard of tokens for 3 seasons now because the scout listed players all have stupid sa's. who wants a corner/freekick taking defender or a player in any position with penalty kicks as their sa. Im willing to spend my tokens (and maybee buy some more) but not on the players ive seen on my scout list in the past few seasons.

I think you are wrong. On the contrary, I think scouts are improving. It's been a long time I did not put my hand on a bad one. Sure, the SAs are silly. I got a DC who was a "PK specialist". It's a dream if you get 3/4 PK in a whole season. I got 3 in as many games recently, all missed by my "specialist". But this excepted, I am very happy with him. I bought a 29 years old MC who scored more goals than games played and never got booked. On top of that, he's my second best passer.

Hi, If those scouts did what are their own challenges,it already would be a good thing.

Beyond special ability (usefull or useless), I've often had highly-quality-rated scouts always having
low performances, for example aereal defenders /dmc conceding goal on corners,or defensive walls
conceding goal on 25 mts shots or free kicks.

For sure new training strategy allows you to improve required abilities of each player (while the old one
improved all abilities in parallel way).
Moreover ,after a certain period, those players maintaining their own faults and bad performance
though massive training strategy, should be eligible to go in sell list.

Training helps you understand which player is improvable (also considering different formations /orders),
and which is not.

Not yet, are they any good performance wise? and do they improve fast like nordgens.

I try to only buy recommended players now as all of mine have been outstanding. I only dip into auctions if I'm desperate and I won't buy scouts anymore as they tend to be poor in my experience.

Every recommended player I´ve taken for any of my teams have been outstanding…well worth the 79-109 token price.
& fast trainers like Nordgens as well

my 2 AMR were from scout list....both have freekick... i got my first one 4 season ago...he is the top scorer in my team in two season...than i sell him and get another one....now...he is still my team lifesaver...even last season he is not the top scorer (lost to my recommended ST) but he was doing good as well as this season... so, i think you just need to wait and shop around...i know the SA may be funny...but all you need to do is to wait...(my prefer SA for AMR/AML/AMC are shadow striker...but right now...only my sub AML has this skill (trained))

Just buy from the negotiations list, help out other managers with tokens.

well... i don't know why...but my negotiations list...i never see fast trainer in my list...they are all super slow trainer....like in my LV...i know at least about 25M will be fast trainer (at least that will not very slow...) but all i can see in the whole season on the negotiation list are..... max 18M.... and more are the 14-15M...which is not in my target-.-
