I disagree, they care (that's why we had those 3 latest contest-mini games) but
- nord-guys who decide or making things are not anymore T11 players and they are away from the situation of a player like us
- the make some useless updates (like the fake rates of tm players or the update of the scout-list)
- things are going slooow
