How they dont know? It's their game and they probably know everything but maybe:
1. Their priorities are different
2. To do even small thing they need to spend a lot of time to apply a fix
3. Their opportunities are limited
But when they do something they say that it's based on feedbacks. And i dont understand do people really suggest such lame improvements or company just doesnt know how to overcome it and implement into the game.
