    Hmm,Chating is great option for time pass but serious one will not like it.
    Moreover it will give rise to spams,harrasment or roits.Anyways in other manager games also have no chatting option.
    But chatting with our players(not possible) is much better than chatting with other frustrated managers.

    I agree to have a chat in the game during the match it's will add more challenging between managers.
    Iam suggesting to have it on selected words like good luk,.. such as words

    just no, I would terrorize some poor people and make them quit if we could chat in game. not a good idea.
