Quick update. Out of CL, still in cup, 7th in league.
I missed this one. And yes, Ronchi scored two. Demir (new AML) however scored five, but I guess that wasn't worth mentioning.
Also:
No we did not. Hadn't been online for two days, hadn't trained for even longer. Bonusses were at zero. So that's just nonsense.
I just found out I'm meeting a friend of mine in cup. Now I want to win, but the odds aren't in my favour. First match ended in a draw (1-1), but he had 69% posession. Two days to come up with a cunning strategy against a stronger 4-3N-2W-1.
Day 16 - Palace teams report (2/2).
Palace Terriers played a home League match and won 2-0, with goals from Samir Gross and new striker Alessio Doratiotto.
Palace Casuals played their home 1st Leg of the Cup Quarter-Finals and had a complete off-day, suffering their first defeat of the season, 1-3. The visitors were leading 0-3 at the break, and it wasn't until 12 minutes from time that Casuals found the net, with a free-kick from old hand Mario Dinamarca.

Any formation or tactics advice given is based purely on experience with my teams...
My best player for my second team Espinola gets brought down in the 1st minute leading to their player getting a yellow card then he scores the resulting freekick. 2 minute he's brought down again and gets injured! So he plays 2 minutes of football and makes sure he contributes before being death tackled.
All streaks must end. Our win streak ran up to 26 games and was snapped in a most unfortunate way.
Win 25: League home match, 4:0. We played the second place team, who looked like a solid contender. ST Monasterski scored early from AML Coronel to quell the rumors that ST scoring has dried up. After that, Coronel took over the game and ran away with two goal and one more assist. The opposing manager watched in disbelief and tried several substitutions to no avail. This satisfying win allowed us to run up the league lead to 8 points while the wingers continued to make their case: AMR Willemse scored as well.
Win 26: Home Cup match, 1:0. Having beaten the opponent 2:1 on their turf, we concentrated on keeping the sheet clean. A score early in the second half by AMR Willemse, who is back at the top of his game, was but icing on the cake and ensured the lads earned the promised bonus and the win streak did not end before time.
Loss 1: Away CL match, 1:2. While the manager called it an early night to sleep off a rowdy birthday party, the squad took the field without the benefit of the all-around 10% training bonus or the 8% possession bonus they grew accustomed to. The opponent did not look threatening on paper, but playing a tweaked 4-4-2 (with MR promoted to AMR) managed to find twice a way through and past our normally lethal 4-5-1V. AMR Willemse answered at the 86 minute mark to give us a fighting chance at home. If we don't advance, this loss will sting more than just from the fact that it spoiled a so far perfect season.
Win 27: Home League match, 6:0. The team rebounded nicely with an easy win against an lower ranked league opponent. MC Piedade, currently working on his CK special ability, found his touch with two successful CKs, AMR Willemse scored twice and a late sub AML Orue added one to his respectable stats. MC Pinheiro, DL Akwaffo (from CK) and the previously silent ST Kara also scored. Willemse and Monasterski now are 2nd and 3rd in the league in scoring, Willemse has the best average rating, and Coronel has the most assist. In team stats, Willemse now owns an impressive record of 18 goals, 10 assists and 5 MOM, behind only to Kara's 21 goals, and second to none in the G+A math.
Win 28: Home Cup match, 1:0. Matched up in the Cup play with the league rival (currently in third) we were able to repeat the performance of a couple of days ago and defeated them again with the same minimal score. The emphasis was on keeping the sheet clean, and the star GK Dudic (in goal for all 28 wins this season) did his job so impressively, the assistant manager saw it fit to mention him twice in the report. MC Piedade extended his successful CK streak thanks to a finish by the indomitable AMR Willemse.

Atlético Kolkata Day 16-17 Report
This win against the leaders was extremely crucial for our title hopes. Guessing the game's hero is quite easy:
He's a defender. The other goal was by Thiago (David assists as a sub) And this is the ass man's comment:
Today we rallied back from 2-0 to draw 2-2. David had a goal and assisted Pirlo in the 89'.
AH AH — manager of Atlético Kolkata. Named in honour of my hometown club, Atlético de Kolkata, which won the inaugural edition of Indian Super League in 2014.
A good defence is the best offense.
Poor performance defensively and not converting chances against weaker oppo but thru to next round 6-2 agg

2-0 in CL, not the best result but good enough to send us in the next stage of Champions League.
