I do not have the answer.... I see all =.
I have three STs and each has played one or two games so far and each has scored 2 goals, no assists. Kind of what you would expect strikers to do, and not what we have been seeing in the previous seasons. Last season, my striker was the leading assist man in the league and all the scoring was done by ML/AML and MR/AMR.
Of course, I had noticed in the past that newly acquired STs play very well for a few games. I have two newly acquired STs. Both of them as well as the holdover are playing very well so far.

Last time I did it, the friendly finished witha 14-0 and no goals from ST's playing a 4-3-1-2...

4- I set a sub' 2 STs for another st's,,,, foul awarded, Doulyazal assist and Brikalis ST score 60'

Conclusion:
The ST only scored when he know that was sacked of the field.
And the other 3 I used did not appear.... LOL
I'm still waiting for a ST goal this season but I'm winning so not very bothered about it.
my main ST (from recommend) for the last three season....
first season (LV7)...horrible....not scoring at all...
season season (LV8).... he is very good...score a lot...
last season (LV9) ...he is good at CUP (12 score and 9 assist), and CL....but in league....really bad...
this season, so far....seem, he can't play ST position (he is ST/AMR).... when all my team rating over 7.8....he is the only one rating 6.4 =.=!! i saw 3 times.... and even in the friendly game...also the same....i put him to AMR....well... rating rise.... but still.... not scoring....
i think that maybe happen due to the new training system....his positioning now is only 84%.....so....i think that make him can't score at ST.... (my other ST... positioning 105%....score almost every time i sub him in... and he only play ST...)
so...i think that only depend on the ST and the skill~

My problem was fixed in the previous season only... Thanks to David, I'm willing to pay around 20T for recommended players. That guy is terrific from FKs, so much that he had more goals than games played. My other ST had only 6 in 24 games (OK he was 4*...) David may even hit 7* this season, a first.Quote:

Gert the question is about the last season or two. I think there is a box for that.
Let's say that every team have a ranking of "domination" in what for a reasonable reason one can not buy 10 players in market with a promide of 1 goal peer match and have 10 players scoring like this?.... so if my DR and DL are the actual dominating players for some reason don't matter if I add a ST with good numbers because this ranking don't change... so to see a ST scorer and Key Player maybe I have to wait till these actual DR-DL are retired?....
Is just one more theory.... and yeah... I can test in friendlies and maybe I see something... xD
But I really still beliveing that since live matches were updated the STs, or at least my STs are not the same.

Playing 4-2-2-2 Hexagon against 3-5-2 Flat I lost the midfield, but won the game 4-1. My two STs added two more goals and one assist between them. My leading scorer for once is not my indomitable ML/AML Orue, but the new Polish ST Monasterski with 7 goals, 1 assist and 2 MOM in 3 matches he has played so far.
And I just received a 0T offer for him. I had to laugh. :rolleyes:
It is all probably random, but I am enjoying this a lot.
Two seasons ago my top striker had 99 goals, last season 81, and this season he has 9 in 5 games, so nothing changed!Quote:

Well.....I had a striker sold off recently, renamed him aguero because of his prowess in scoring....had 51goals 11assists in 60games. Currently with another who has 5goals and 1assists from 5games this season and ohhh...he is a good Fk taker though he hasn't score from Fk this season. I dunno if it's just random though but strikers from the Asia are good goal scorers, they have never dissapointed me.
really?? i never get player from Asia...i got one MC before...i will not said he is bad...but i just think he is not strong enough.... height 171cm... weight 69...so...he is in my sub list and sold after 2 season...Quote:

Well I prefer a German midfielder to German strikers....what I have noticed again with Asian strikers is that they usually don't hit the ground running, they settle in gradually and start firing on all cylinders.....Let me wish you good luck if you will try them out......I haven't had much luck when they are defenders though. I just re-re-reported this. Kinda annoying to be honest, last season my striker scored a bit but then it was like usually , nothing changed much.
This season is kinda bad, my striker actually have 0 goals despite I won all my games so far with good scores. No idea what to do with him.
Personal for me might not be a huge problem because I won all the games but is pretty annoying to pay so much for a striker, 69 tokens and after 7 games like in my case, to have 0 goals.

Anyway like an info for you. They said they will take a look and hopefully next season the strikers will return at their normal parameters.

I think it depends on tactics and arrows - but yes in my opinion if you set the role for ST according to what is supposed to occur in the real game then the engine may leave the ST goalless. But this game is just an calculation so I think you can readjust the tactics, arrows and skills so that ST scores sufficiently.
I think that the game holds positive bias towards the AMs, especially fast shadow strikers with good finishing/shooting skills. This season I have not seen a quality shadow striker scout in any of my accounts. But the AMs potency may be ascribed also to the fact that most of us play down the flanks?!
My striker rescued the streak, which now stands at NINE wins, with a last minute goal in a 3:2 win. All three goals scored by two strikers, as well as one of the assists. Lucasz "The Polish Monster" Monasterski now owns 10 goals and 2 assists in 6 competition matches.

This is exactly what happened to me in the past seasons. Any ST I bought (always from Transfers) played well for 3-4 matches, then nothing.Quote:

Seventeen wins in a row, and strikers scored every time. I feel like this thread is turning into a ponzu brag thread. I do feel I am part of some kind of user outreach project by T11. They heard me bitch and moan, flipped the switch, and I can't lose.
Win 16: CL, home, 7:0. Kara playing upfront by himself took over the game and scored 5, four of them unassisted.
Win 17: League, home, 2:1. On the strength of the dominant performance in the previous outing, Kara started upfront by himself, but fell flat missing two FKs and going dry. Down 0:1, I upped the ante and swapped the 4th defender for a second ST Monasterski, who tied the game from a PK in the 69th minute. Swapping DMC for an AMC and going hard, we finally got the tie-breaker in the 82th minute scored by AMR Willemse who earned the MOM and rescued the streak. Also, this was the first goal allowed by my star GK Dudic (from a CK) in seven competition matches, in which we went 24-1.
Kara now has 19 G, 2 A and 2 MOM in 12 games and Monasterski has 14 G, 3 A and 3 MOM in 10. Willemse the War Horse is third with 9, 9 and 4.

The win streak is alive, but the STs have not scored in two games, and both games were close: 2:1 and 1:0. Actually, the entire forward line has gone quiet. Fortunately, the midfielders and defenders picked up the baton and the goalkeeper has remained rock steady.
Mine are scoring again. Ebbs and flows.
I have 2 strikers in the whole 19-man squad and both are good — David has 9 goals in 8 and 3 assists, Falamarzi has no goals(LOL) in 5 games, but has 5 assists from CKs.
This was truly a tale of two seasons. Or season halves. First half: strikers could not miss. The second: one can't find the net with a magnifying glass and the other scores off and on. The third left the team for personal reasons.
I have seen it before where a newly acquired striker scored like crazy, then faded away. But we were talking 3-4 good games before going south. Here they put together about 20 amazing games before handing it over to the wingers. My four top scorers are:
MR/AMR with 30 G 14 A
ST with 30 + 12
ST with 22 + 7
AMC/AML with 22 + 13
But the ST scored 80% of theirs in the first half and the wingers in the second.
Crazy, right? I am trying to get rid of ST #2, but no buyers since I let him slip through to a low 6* 65 rating. I will have to sell him to agent. I may hold on to ST #1 as I have gotten attached to him. But I think I will be starting the new season by acquiring two new STs to see if the pattern repeats.
Mine seem to be scoring now but they were obtained by recommendations
