If they don't accept your offer it's pretty obvious that they don't want to part with the player - they don't have to sell if they get an offer.

If I get an offer on a player who I would sell if I got a decent offer, I set a selling price - if they won't meet that then that's their loss...

No I can't bid a player if manager is my fb friend never ................
I have 20 fb friend playing t11 and 11 of them have players that I can bid (means not more than 5* ) but then also I can't bid their player but I can bid player of every manager who is not my friend

There might be a bug though. I was offered a good price and a couple of tokens for an unwanted player but there was no way to accept and the 24 hour period elapsed. Maybe that or I missed something?

I did that and all I was faced with was a box that allowed me to up the asking price.

Said player popped to six stars later in the day so he isn't attractive enough now...

It does not depend on being a friend or not, it all comes to being in the same server. The team has to be in the same Top Eleven server you are for you to be able to make direct offers for his players.
