Age v/s peformance.

Hi friends,
Age is important factor deciding player's performace.
Questions?
1: Are experienced players are good than young?
2: Should we take atleast one experienced player in team who is 30+?
3: A team who have average player age 19 lacks experience?
4: Can we ignore experience and look after young ones only?
5: What are benifit of using 30+ age players?

I don't trust there is an "experience" is an hidden attribute in this game. But I believe that bad players cannot stay in this game for too many seasons. They are eliminated by natural selection. Many of them are now sold to agents and then silently retired (eliminated by T11).

So those old players who can stay in this game may well perform.

My teams extremely rarely keep any age 30+ players. There is none now. Any player who are over 24 years old and is still kept in my team should well perform or process talents which is difficult to be replaced.

experience is visible is auction filter of old pc version.
But nowdays everyone one is attracted towards 18-26 age.
But during early levels of game ,
My 34 yrs old striker scored 20 goal in season.Nice retirement.

I buy a new team every season, it's far easier to get a 30 yo 5* than it is a 19 yo 5* on the transfer market.
And, since the introduction of the 'sell now' button' ' there's no problem clearing the same players out on the last day. And I win things every season against teams full of young players who have no doubt need a bidding war to sign each one.
That's enough evidence for me.

This game does not says to use old players because there is no such ability called experience in this game.

Only thing that shies people away from oldies is the short shelf life. I've had many old players that were still good performers, they just don't grow.

The game must encourage to use old players or it's better to hide age of players.
As oldies are not taken carefuly and I can't see them struggling for teams.

When my teams were in lower levels (around level 7-12), I regularly used free agent signing 3 star 30+ years old players. I could not expect these players are star of the team because their qualities were lower than the team average But most of them performed quite well and quite consistent. I loved to start one of two of them because they are more reliable than many higher quality players.

As my team level up, the team is better off financially and can afford to build a whole team of higher quality players. Then I cease to use those old players and I am not sure if they are still useful for 3 star or 4 star quality teams.
