Players Rest Condition

Hello ,

Are anyones else's players rest condition always low . For me they are bcuz when playing league and champions league matches in ONE day , the rest condition dramatically drops. Most of my players have 0% rest . I've spent all of my tokens and rests for this problem ( literally everything ) , but the rest condition is really dropping dramatically . Anyone got a solution ??
