Abhinavsharma, I don't intend to insult your intelligence or knowledge of this game but you're trying to give me incorrect information. You don't realise I have studied this game and this forum religiously. I have been playing this game for 3 years. I've made tons of mistakes, lost a lot of trophies, matches and token wars.
There is nothing I don't know that you can tell me. I wouldn't tell you otherwise if I didn't know what I was talking about.

I've seen your posts and your "guides" most of them are misleading or don't make a lot of sense.
I appreciate you like to help people (either that or you're out for Niko's job ...) but you're still just grass roots, pal.
When I see your posts claiming you know the mechanics I ignore it and avoid replying because I don't claim to know it all, there is still plenty I have to learn. Hell, I still look upto Niko, Pricop, Pavinha, Talisman, Reddeviljohn and Gert and I have been playing longer than half of them.

Thanks for the vote of confidence - all I try to do is give advice or try to explain what I think the mechanics of the game are based on my experiences. People are free to take that advice/information or ignore it at their choice. Other people's experiences and conclusions may be different, they may have their own advice/interpretation, sometimes I may try it, sometimes not. All we can do, from the outside of the game mechanics is discuss what we find and come to a working consensus based on this, and change this based on changes Nordeus make to the game or from further input - there is no absolute law made here, no-one's words are final, so it pointless coming here and saying 'this is how it works' - unless you are a Nordeus Dev, and then we're all ears...

I still see myself a student learning off the managers I trust. Going through so many different topics, I've used all the answers regarding abilities, formations and tactics to shape my team. I should also mention Hoofdaddy who has also helped me out in the past.
