Alright !! how to get special ability fast without using tokens ...how to train fast to get those abilities if you have players aged 18 ... with in a day.(low token,low medical boost)

First you need to find out if a kid is a fast trainer or not. Basically you can tell this by checking the players ability or salary in relation to his value. In short, if a player cost a lot in relation to his ability, its a sign that he has a lot of potential and will train fast. There are a lot of info on this at this place, you need to find the bench mark for your level. Let me know what level you are on and I can point it out for you!

If the 18 y/o kid is a fast trainer and was 3-4 stars, the cost of getting a special ability is around 32-33 Rest Packs, if he is 5 stars the cost is around 42 Rests (assuming you use world-class drills).

Dude u can edit ur post....no need to write so many replies...... anyway click on the link Al suggested....u will find everything u need...

And u are level 19....u should've known everything by now....and no of greens required changes depending upon ur player...if he is a fast trainer...he trains fast...if he is slow ....u need more greens

Perfect, then you as a benchmark can look for kids who at the age of 18 and 99% is worth 106m. Check Nikos compilation in post 174 in this thread:

If the kid is a fast trainer, he should add a SA in about 40-44 Rests.
