Day 14 - Palace Terriers League report.

Much better from the Terriers today, home against the League leaders, and the rest of the League will be happy that they're not running away with the Championship. Helped by indiscipline in the visitors ranks, Terriers win 2-0 through Sergi Hernandez and a Michele Tempesta free-kick.

Very strange from the opposition manager, arrived two minutes into the match and then does nothing. The Terriers Management spent a nervous last 35 minutes or so wondering what the visitors were going to do about a lack of a central DC (playing 3N-5-2V), but no substitution or formation changes occurred, and Terriers prospered...



I'll say this now, because with a Cup match at home this evening against a Level 12 team, the record will go...

The Terriers Stadium has become a fortress this season, all these games, and nary a goal conceded...

Strange thing is, in most games he's one of my ass man's favourites, always getting nice comments. But him scoring three wasn't worth a notice.

Day 14 of the season, so far so good.
When I saw the opponents of my league, I said wth, almost all the teams with 5*-6* players.
But it looks easier now

Atlético Kolkata Day 13&14 Report

Day 13: The round of 16 opponent is only 54% but the other teams in the bracket are 85% and 100%+...
Today a straight red ended up in a penalty, but we managed to draw it level against the same team which held the leaders, thanks to Thiago. Torrano hit the post in an earlier attempt. It also meant that Jorge won't play for 2 league games.

Day 14 - Palace teams report (2/2).

Palace Casuals played away against 11th place and emphasised their difference in position by registering a comfortable 5-0 win. The home side changed their formation just before kick-off, so the Casuals Management had to make substitutions to effect a formation change. Once this was in effect, the team didn't look back.



Palace Terriers were at home in their Cup 'Top-16' Round 2nd Leg, expecting a backlash from their Level 12 opponents from the 3-1 advantage gained by the hosts from the 1st Leg, but this failed to materialise. On the contrary, the visitors just collapsed from the off, and Terriers ended 7-0 winners to progress to the next round with a 10-1 aggregate score. Wingers Nikolay Radev and Samir Gross both scored hat-tricks, and Michele Tempesta scored another free-kick, as Terriers maintained their 100% home record and clean sheets in all competitions this season. Radev's goals took him to 102 for the Terriers.

Day 15 - Palace teams report (1/2).

Palace Casuals were at home against a Level 32 team in the Champions League 'Top-16' Round 1st Leg, and grafted a 2-0 win to take into the 2nd Leg. Strikers Jack Auger and substitute Massimiliano Gerini scored the goals, while 'keeper Marcos Sacilotto produced his first MoM performance of the season with two first half saves to keep the home side in the tie and one at the death to prevent the visitors sneaking a late away goal.



Kicking off at the same time as the senior team, Palace Terriers went away to 9th place, bidding to improve their away record in the League (W1D2L3) and worked their way to a 2-0 win. Alessio Doratiotto and MoM Michele Tempesta scored the goals as Terriers go into 2nd place at the halfway point of the League season.
