You know what, this is just a suspicion, but if you had put hard tackling on, you probably would not have got the red card. Some decisions appear to be strange in this game. For example, suppose that normal tackling is the appropriate approach for a match, putting easy or hard tackling will likely to affect the performance of your team, including your team getting more cards, even if it was on easy. Briefly, it seems that a wrong order could result in anything against your favour, even to things that don't make any football sense.

I have the suspicion that at some point, the game favours one side significantly so that an achievement is unlocked. My team got beaten 3-2 this week ending a long unbeaten streak (around 1.5 seasons). Coincidence? Briefly, at some point, almost all the achievements in this game will be unlocked, even the bad ones, irrespective of how you managed your team.

Talisman, if the opportunity is there, that is when you will face an opponent that has a long unbeaten streak, I suspect that the system will favour your side. With a good enough team, the right tactics, even if the opponent is stronger, you will likely to beat him. I have noticed some trends in achievements too when I consider both of my teams.
About the unbeaten achievement, I can't comment much though, but I do have this achievement unlocked. I did it in the lower levels (level 2). Maybe you missed your chance of doing it as for this one, it does not seem likely to occur in the higher levels.

Atlético Kolkata Day 17&18 Report
Kayis made a racket yesterday in the league, breaking the club record of scoring the most goals in a game — 7 (Thiago was fortunate to have an assist, else none of the other goals were in the box), and another record broke as Bava (yes our goal keeper) scored his first club our and our club's first goalkeeper to be named in the scoresheet. Others didn't even have a chance in the 0-8 win.
The CL game went well too, with agg 11-0: The 6th goal was in 81' by David (Thiago). Tomorrow's the real challenge as I won't be present in the CL game against the 117% (we're 100%).
After today's game, Kayis took pole position of the goalscorers (13) and top rated (8.2) list, as he had a hattrick and an assist. Thiago had 2 (an assist by Kayis) and David 1 today in the 6-) home win, replicating yesterday's CL scoreline.

A good defence is the best offense.
Day 18 - Palace teams report (2/2).
Palace Casuals played at home to 9th place, and striker Jack Auger put on a one-man show, netting a hat-trick in a 4-0 win. Andres Iniesta scored the other goal, as Palace Casuals cemented their hold on 5th place in the table.
Palace Terriers were in Cup action in their Quarter-Final, having had confirmation of their place at the top of the League table as the previous leader had lost at home to 3rd place. They had a hat-trick hero of their own, Samir Gross coming back after a suspension and a couple of days more rest and scored all the Terriers goals as they qualified for the Semi-Finals 5-2 on aggregate after a 3-1 win against their Level 12 opponent in the away 2nd Leg.
The treble is still on...
Quarter-Final day in the Champions League tomorrow and the draw for Terriers looks promising...

Any formation or tactics advice given is based purely on experience with my teams...
One of the seasons objectives for me this season was to get my star player Hayden Foster to 700 goals for the club. Two goal in todays league game has seen him hit that figure.
