Player motivation

Dear Top eleven members and NORDEUS,

it is illogical, insane and complete nonsense that players lose moral after winning matches !

There is no explanation for that, except that Nordeus want us to spend money. As you plan your best team selection , you win, and players lose
morals considerably??? For what other purpose ?? IF you play with these players then they get injured + then you have to get health pack.

More I play this game , more it makes me sick with some of the things that NORDEUS do

In real life, despite having won the past match, players can still lose morale if they have some personal worries or if they have doubts for the next match.

If a player wins a game and he is decisive to that victory (i.e. MoM) he can even increase his morale. The same way if the team wins but his performance is poor or average (6-7) he will most probably lose some morale. Also, if your team wins you get 2 morale packs that you can use to motivate your players the way real life managers motivate their players

Well, so you also meant when a player has no motivation, that it increase the chance of injuries ?

While I understand that motivation of players can increase or decrease depending on individual performance, NORDEUS have to be consistent with their algorithm as, it is complete nonsense in certain cases, with player being MOTM losing moral.

You are right about losing morale quickly or after winning a match but you can just can are about your 11 players starting for the match and keep them between good and very good,,, I don't really care to make them have superp morale unless it's an important match in a certain competition

The worse thing is getting injuries of 11-15days....wtf is Nordeus thinking ??? You built your hospital/clinic and apparently to reduce injury time, but it kept increasing each season !!! there are so many things they are doing to make you spend tokens/money !!!!
