It seems that it is like this in the very high levels. Gert also has the same problem.

It could be a business ploy by Nordeus due to the higher probability that a user that is among such high levels is addicted or serious. In other words, you are forced to train players, buy academy players, scouts' list player or recommended players.

Also, there seems to be a noticeable reduction in the amount of 5-star players generated or listed for the lower and mid levels as compared to last year (2015). For instance, during a week, generated 5-star players appear only on 3-4 days, among which only 1 or 2 there is a decent or ample list, while on the remaining there is only a few 5 star players. The positions available are also limited. On the other remaining days, there seems to be only 3-4 stars players listed.
