    When do nordgens appear??
    Only at the start of the day in server ??

    What is full answer you expect? I will say they 'usually' appear after daily maintenance. Probably they are absent on some days. To meet them, recommend refresh occasionally. You must be patient. This is very full answer from me. No idea if there is any full and accurate norgen generation schedule.
