Upgrading facilities

Hi,
Is it possible to upgrade as an example, the under 21 to a level 6 but the stadium left at level 2 or do all facilities must be upgraded at the same level to be able to get to the next one? I really don't need to upgrade the stadium right away but it would be great if I can upgrade the useful stuff at a higher levels.

No, you have upgrade the severall buildings at some level before another upgrade becomes available.

just upgrade what you need till it say`s need to upgrade another

lvl up all lv.1's, lv.2's etc..

Thanks guys! By the way is there any table where you can check time for young players, time to get green cases etc vs each level?
By the way, what is the highest level you can reach?

if u go to ur stadium u can check how many days u need to wait to get it... young players is always 24 days for me
