Sit down and do nothing.
Personally I don't prefer rebuilding the squad, since there seems to be the 'gelling' factor. I keep small but decent squad, and rotate a lot to save energy. I also saves on finances
With right tactics, it's possible for anyone to finish in the Top 4.
