First season, what is next?

Hello everybody. Right now I'm playing my first season, and now I'm in second place. I'm second best team in my league,
I won a lot of times 5-0 and 7-0 becouse I collected truly nice and very young team. My rating now is 5 stars 87%(22.0) 621K money and unfortunatly only 10 tokens((( That was absolutely my mistake because I spent a lot of it's in vain... So what is next? What should I do first in my 2-nd season? Do I have to improve my current roster? I have almost four(two already) 19 years olld players with 6 stars, six 18 years olld players(4-5 stars) 22 years olld player with 5 stars, 20 years olld player with almost 6 stars.

By the way, my main opponent has got a streak of 15 wins(is this real?!?!) and now he is on the first place(+3 points from me). It's unbelievably unfair, I lost 2 times to weaker opponents, but he didn't do the same...

No. You need to roast some of them and sell them as roasted meat in the market.
