Option to update the list of scout players

Every time they update the players in the scout list i see same old players.. or atleast 90% of the players are same as the ones on previouse list.
last season i had 3x 69Token players on day 1.. ST MC and DR, on day 3 i got same ST MC and DR even tho it says it's updated.
The only way to update my scout list is to actually buy one of those players so that i get another one..like wtf.

Or someone else buys a player. I have noticed the scout list changing on days other than when they are supposed to change, that is one or a few players have been replaced by other similar players (more likely similar positions but there are changes in the special abilities sometimes, and also there are changes in the nationalities and so on). In other words, a particular scouts' list is shared among several users, which also means no possibility of a particular user to have the option of refreshing the scouts' list unless dedicated, individual scouts' lists are made for each user.
