One thing I have noticed, it seems like the vertical arrow is 100% moral, the diagonal arrow seems to be like 99% or something silly. So if you stay at vertical, you will need tons of packs. What I do is make sure everyone is diagonal, and when they drop to horizontal, I use a pack or two on them. I never let someone with horizontal morale play a match, personally.
