N1 Question is how to train players? New way. I train D/DMs and MC/AMC/ST so 2 training sesions 10 players in each

- yes
- yes, train them in two groups GK/D/DMC (defense + M&P) and M/AM/ST (attack + M&P)
and another time ALL with the six (easy + very easy) drills of the three categories. Total condition loss 6,75
- for emergency, you can use a good ST (if you have 2), in AML-R position.
