Does anyone got new players from Scout?

Hello all , during all this season , i didnt got any new players from Scout
i wanted to buy , most of the players 25+ , the 22 yo didnt change at all , only 3 players.
that way top11 loosing money , i think they got a bug or something...
oh well ,just thought to share it with you guys , please let me know if you got a new Scout players.
with the old version i could get every few days good players , i dont like this Scout!!!

i think....the list only update when someone buy a player from that list (buy one...replace one).... so....if you see the same players...means....no one buy from the list....
