The one who scores more goals while playing away, qualifies to the next round.

Login the game, go to competition, then Cup. Then check "Rule & Prizes". It states that the game is played over 2 legs, decided by away goal rules, extra time and then penalties. I think it is very clear, and is a common practice.

This is one of the older and basic football rules for K.O. games and I 'm surprised you don't know it.
