If I understood well, a 9-star team from level 45 will be just as good as the same from level 2. So highest levels do not mean anything there.

Who needs ? I do not think anyone needs a 9-star team at any level. But if they want to, they can.
No one needs nothing in his game. We do not even need to play.

so you can chat with other players just on the associations competition. they should have made a general chat.

So far, one of the things that I don't like is the country selection thing; why must a group have a country/flag? Members of a group can be from different countries, but why have a common country or flag? Why not make this optional?

I don't want my association to represent any country.

Then pick an emblem that does not contain a country flag

Yes, but can the country selection be omitted by picking an emblem? I have not yet created my association; so I did not go as far as selecting an emblem. I just had a look on the creation page and so on.
