Players bonus

Hi I'd like to know from you experienced managers if the win bonus do anything to keep the players morale up, as I have a problem with, after every game win or loose my morale goes down very fast.

I don't give morale boosters in my players unless their moral drop to poor- very poor.
Also give win bonus only in critical games (lv1, the cheap one).
That way is working for me good (that's my personal experience of course).

Normally it should but is hard to prove as you can't see these details very well and there's the random factor that you can't control as well.

I have my win bonus set to max every game and I'm quite happy with my stats. Would like some more cups and CL but I prioritise the League every season.
