    Unfortunately you can't use "European CUP" because is not only among European managers.

    BTW, I don't think using the world "international" for this cup is appropriate because this is not a competition among nations or countries.

    International Cup sound alright in the context that 1-4 play in Champions league and 5-7 in the international Cup.

    UEFA Cup, for 5-7 in the League.
    Also, 3rd ranking in group phase of champions league should go to that cup in the next phase, just like in real football.
