    i hope you understand the benefit you have building seats first and not directly stadium , on low price ticket this will not be noticed so much but in higher lvl i think it important !
    Yes but if you already have upgrade your stadium with 1,2 levels about your level, there is no reason as long you can't have a full stadium because of fans limit per level.
