Can a player under lvl 4 selling a scout/6★ player?

Hi guys :)

1/ Is it possible for a player under lvl 4 (so with no access to negotiation) to sell a 6/7★ player? I mean, there is no market for that, the player will not appear on the transfert zone :)

Yes they can. They would show up on the transfer list of the appropriate level above. So 6* a level above you, 7* 2 levels above etc
