Can a player under lvl 4 selling a scout/6★ player?

Hi guys

1/ Is it possible for a player under lvl 4 (so with no access to negotiation) to sell a 6/7★ player? I mean, there is no market for that, the player will not appear on the transfert zone

Yes they can. They would show up on the transfer list of the appropriate level above. So 6* a level above you, 7* 2 levels above etc
