need help about league oppoenents

As I watching the league draw the last year,

I can say that the last two seasons it's something like this

1-4 get tough opponents,5-7 get less powerfull and rest get more less powerfull opponents

plus our friends from the same level.
Before two seasons, it was all teams with about the same q like ours.

But why you need help about that ? lol
