Hey guys ...

I am a lvl10 manager and I still dont know how to improve my players from a regular player to a scout

does anyone here know how ??

Try training them

If you have a 5 star player with a quality of *4 or *9 (as in quality is 49 or 54) and you train him a lot he will gain a quality. So 5 star is 54 quality and he gains a point though training he will become 55 quality and thus get 6 stars and he will be called a scout.
