fast trainer & morale

Hi im new in level 3 which currently in league 1st and semis in champion league and cup. Im a bit lose about morale and fast trainers.
1. After setting my 1st 11 player morale i will get the msg: ooops! The physcologist is.......(forgot) please try again later. But the morale went up..what is that?

2. Where to buy fast trainers. I dont seems to see any pages or section to buy trainers. But i saw it a lot in here the t11 forum talking about buying fast trainers.

Ps: the search engine for this forum wierd. Key in eg. Morale. But no morale post appear. Or did i search wrongly?

I don't care much about morale. Just not let it go to poor-very poor.
