There isn't any level below the ground. Its obvious that they have a machine that shorts your car in miniatures by pressing CTRL -, so they all can fit inside.
Cut it to half because I visited Nordeus parking and they have these things inside their parking.

So there's double space :D there per level.
...but then you'll have to build each level twice as tall, so no depth saved there...
Who says the parking levels have to keep to the footprint of the building? Perhaps the underground levels extend to the limit of the ground space occupied by the entry level.
That's the Valet parking level - you'll have to find a Valet (on the ground floor) to move the car that they've boxed yours in with... :)Quote:
