If you look closer is not 15.000 is 15,000 so only 15 cars
Would 15000 pixels fit in there? Topeleven may be using electric magical cars that are just 1x1 pixel lol
Actually in the picture there is a marked parking space for 14 or 15 cars lol
You can CLEARLY see the entrance goes DOWN inside the parking lot, thus there must be underground levels. Also on the left there's a ramp to the 1ST FLOOR.
So there's street level, 1st floor and about 148 levels underground, simples.

Ah, I wasn't clear, that's for people to walk in/out. You can't let people walk around the entrance. Besides, we can't see this, but the parking ticket payment machines are top of the ramp (inside.) On the northeast side of the garage is the exit where you gotta show the ticket to get out. T11 know their stuff.
I will have to take your word on this stuff we cant see. Its not important anyway
