does it matters wich player is captain?
and if it matters, is the best captain 1 of the older players or 1 with high quality?

my choice was to give captain to most creative player (look at mentality), now i have almost no red nor yellow cards and morale is falling slower. I have also no Injuries. I dont know is captain the reason of all of this, but earlier i was choosing other players with other qualities, and i had much more problems than i have now.
