You´ll find that the token youth player is a fast trainer.
If his quality is not far off your team then he´s worth it

The free youth player can be signed and sold immediately if you need cash

youth is a joke in this game, the token one, 24, 18,15 token...for a 3 or 4 star.... LOL i can spend 1 token in action to get a 5 star fast trainer~

and don't forget this youth are from our own building.... if need so much token to sign it, T11, what is the point of having this youth from our own building ~

(btw, the 0T is a waste.... just for some cash...)

There are usually two players that you get from youth academy, probably one is free and the other one is not worth signing because it require tokens around 12-21.So just for easy cash,sign the free one for 0 Token and sell it

I usually sell the free one for cash if I do not need his position.
But when I need some player in a position those youth are always interesting for me as I do not buy a lot of "nordgens"
In fact the major part of my team is composed of youth players, and anyways they can still be a second choice behind your best players

11 of my 21 man squad are free youth signings.

Today appeared 2 players, i bought the 0 token one but the other was ridiculous expensive (24T) and only 4* (74% quality), lol when my XI is all 6*, only if i was crazy.

The youth academy needs to be fixed.
