Navagating the dangerous waters of the skate of cheap managers! Offer more than 0 tokens!! If not, I will have my trusty Vanguard1 keep an eye on you to be DELETED!

Or, you can get a Token of 27 offer, i.e. Dragon Soul, level to 7 as requested.... and not get anything.

I imagine most people dont realize that when they offer 7-9 tokens, that none of it is going to the seller, no need to be mean.

That's incorrect. Whilst Nordeus do take some, the seller will receive some tokens depending on how many are offered. But when someone offers 0T it is wasting everybody's time.

if one is a level 5 and above playing this thing called...a game...then by the 7 deities, they should know that the offerings listed for that player are solely for the privilege to inquire about my combatants on the pitch of the football! Prepare more offerings to me!

Normally I take 0 tokens as an offer on the negotiation table, so it enables the seller to put an acceptable set price to sell to see how much they think hes worth to their team.

I sometimes give 0 tokens negotiation offers just so I can then see the set price so I can decide whether to buy him outright. Obviously sometimes this message doesn't go through.. If I get an instant rejection I consider it a player that is not for sale.
