Leave formations apart. The team is bad, have bad numbers, so, you can try put an arrow 2, 5, change orders, or prove 5 formations,,,, bad players, mean bad players, so in my opinion, you need go market and find some new players,,,

Will be good if you can do a friendly vs a 1* team to oversize the internal programming and see who's worth keep.
