Cup draw system - open letter to Nordeus

Hey everyone.

This thread hasn't gone unnoticed, don't worry!

We are gathering such cases in order to find out what are the adjustments needed to be made for the Cup match maker in order to prevent such Level disparities. Although please keep in mind that, yes, level differences can be seen in the Cup.

But in these cases where the difference is so major (as in more than 5 or more levels), please do write to support so that EVERY case can be registered.

Remember, here the administrators don't have access to your accounts. We can't take any system data for these claims even if you provide a screenshot.

Doesn't mean that you should stop talking about this on the forums, far from it - Just make sure to file a ticket with the support team as well.

when I was at LV13.... see that... LV19~




and see my second round opposite in this season (LV16)... 146% average....

To be quite honest, I don't think there would is more than one Cup bracket for all human-controlled teams between levels 39-45. Maybe perhaps two at most.

But anyways, is there a way to contact support here in the forums, without having to go through the game?

I am not happy with your answers, you are basically saying that a 2 lvl difference is Ok despite the fact that i explianed clearly what can happen.

From now, I will send all those draw to the support. I also told it to all of my friend, because Cup-Draw needs an big improvement.
That's so annoying to get this kind of disadvantage for keeping your team.

But... Nordeus did a great job with the FA-system - why don't use it for Cup? So only stars matters, so serious managers don't get an disadvantage and Nordeus doesn't have the problem, that there not enough managers at some levels - so they can take from L1-L84... because only stars matter.

For sure... you can exploit it too, but that costs so much... and it isn't that cheep like now...


Maybe... if the draw will better/fairer, I'll spend some money for tokens, but now - for what? To be eaten by an exploiter or an comeback-manager at cup? That's just wasting... I manage to win L and CL without tokens and I really don't buy token, to win this bad cup...
