They are different hight ,foot, size & age as for the name it´s probably the equivalent of "Smith" in Vietmanese

Your right about the height ect. I was focussing on just the name perhaps I didnt think it throug but the full name however is the same
I now the name nguyen which is certainly a first name which means the share the same full name which Is very much possible knowing that 65% of the worlds population is asian
