lonee only work in association cant use them in other competition.

Yes- association matches only.

Go to Squad page, hit the "flip" arrow in the bottom corner of your formation (where you set captain, penalty kick takers, etc.), and one option lets you assign which player is out for whichever loaned player. So loan player will come in same position, same formation as the player out.
