I also changed playtimes of important games last season a few times, because I wasn't able to be there. I think, it's okay to change your HOME time... you play at home, so you can choose, whatever you want. Away, you have to take it.
Today, was great: We won at league 8:0 (vs. 12. place), 3 goals/2 assists Weigl, 4 goals/4 assists Costa. :o
At cup, we won away 2:3. Opponent hadn't lost at cup and league, was 7% stronger than us. 2 goals scored by Costa, 1 by Kraxner, 3 assists by my playmaker. :o
Yesterday we conceded our 2nd defeat in league by 1:0, we are still 3rf but this isn't a good sign for sure.
It have been happening to me the last few seasons, great first half, starts 2nd half and I start the bad results.
Not to worried still 10 points ahead of 9th, I only whant to try the new competition.

I am not sure what happened, but I would guess at that I had a slight advantage which gave me a 2-0 lead early thanks to a lot of luck basically, then he started to pressure too hard which exposed him defensively.
I think that is a good lesson to learn in this game. Its hard to win a game, I don't know how many times I have taken a 2-0 lead in an even game, then in the end the opponent comes back and ties it, or the other way around. BUT, a game is very easy to "loose". A red card. You start to pressure to hard offensively. Stuff like that. Best approach is probably to just try to hang in there. Like even if you face an opponent a bit worse than you and the game is close, say you are only up by a goal after 45', don't start to push hard to put the game away. Most of the time it can cost you a lot.
But Al FC is a bit like this. Sure it has the odd stinker, but most of the time its a very hard team to beat and good opponents tends to fall apart against it.
I'm don't with you, because that means, worst case you couldn't watch both games. If you are 8-10 hours ahead/back, your opponent has the disadvantage.Quote:

So far so good. Still in the running in the CL and the cup with both teams. Had a tough game tonight in the cup. Lost the first match with 3-0, ouch. No chance whatsoever. So pumped up the win bonus and trained hard. Game starts and I get ahead 1-0. After 15 minutes, 1-1. This is looking bad. I have to score 4 more goals. I score 2-1. Phew. Then the server screws up and I get kicked out of the game. NOOOOOOOO. I am still watching on my iphone though and I see 3-1. I frantically try to reconnect with my ipad. NO GO. Do not go through start. You do not receive 200,- CRAP CRAP CRAP. Come on. Iphone gets kicked out of the server also. Nice Nordeus. Finally I can reconnect and 5-1. Woohoo, quarterfinals baby!
I am second in both competitions after some losses, but both teams have a chance at the treble.
OH YEAH, forgot to mention, last season I got my first treble. WOOHOO. Almost had a poker but my association games are screwed up right now. I have lost 4 games in a row where I was clearly the better team. I lost the game in the final for the poker with 0-3. I had 25 shots with 10 on target against his 10 shots with 3 on target. SIGH, some days..... Still TREBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got distracted at lunch and missed my league match by 10 minutes, first league loss this season. I'm kicking myself, was a weaker team that I expected to counter no problem. Problem is I hadn't set the formation...
I'm in first, but the margin got slimmer, and tomorrow I'll play 2nd place... Won't miss it ...

NIK played away the first leg of quarter finals.
Weird game, I started (vs a 4-5-1V) with 3Dw-2DMC-2MC-AML-AMR-ST , with defense, counter, mix pass and no arrows for my wingers as oppo wingers were very good too.
In this game, I saw (live) the offside trap catching my players, at least 6 times :eek:
Switched 2-3 times the orders but couldn't break it except once.
I was hopping for something better as I saw his very good AMR out of the game from an injury, but his replacement scored right after he came in :(
We 'll see in the 2nd leg.

We had another great day:
league: we won 8:0 at home. I think, it was a good decision to give Weigl a break - he scored 6, assited one.
CL, we won also at home: 5:0, Weigl made 3 goals.
He needs 13 more goals and he'll take the record of most goals in one season. He needs 6 more MoM-Titles to the record. :cool:

I beat the second place league team 0-2, 451v vs my 4411. In the first leg it was a draw, so I'm pleased to stretch lead back to 8 points after my own-fault loss last match.
Tomorrow morning I will face the new second place team, a 412mc/ml12, that I also tied last time (also my own fault). And just after the daily reset I have to play #4 in league. It's going to be rough with those 2 in league, plus an easy CL match and 2 association fights...5 matches. CL should be smooth sailing until the final.
Once safely through I can relax, I hope.

charma hit back... my 1.leg at cup is at 1.42 am (for me... -.-').
Our day wasn't that good... okay... we won all 4 games, but:
-) CL vs. 42% weaker opponent went badly... we were down 0:2 and it seemed, I could do what I want, nothing changed. Suddenly, we scored 1:2 and 2:2 in only 5 min (71' and 76'). At 77' I sub ed Kraxner... and the "new" ST made 3:2 at 89'. But... at the end, it was 5:8 (SoT for him)
-) League: we played vs 65% weaker opponent, we conceeded at 34' 0:1, at halftime it was 0:3 SoT. I changed formation (DMC to AMC), and through the middle. finally we won 4:1, with 9:4 SoT...
-) FA: We are at final. We won both games, and my wife made 4 points vs an 14% stronger opponent (that was the biggest difference). But tomorrows final will be really hard: Our FA-opponent won vs last weekends winner 24:6...

My HFF account lost 7-3 in the FA 1st leg against a even opponent (130 vs 130). First time I basically had a real bummer result in this game. :( Went down 4-0 within 30 minutes. 5-0 after 35 minutes. Shots was completely even and I had an advantage in possession after 90' despite playing away. But I was just killed, think the opponent played defensive and counter. But it was also just one of those days, everything went in against me. I scored 3 (the game was 3-3 from the 31' minute to 90' and I even won the game 3-2 from the 35th minute and on). And I could easily have scored 5-6 my self. Had two posts and many long shots that usually goes in was saved and so forth.
I will make some changes for the 2nd leg that starts soon. The Off-side trap is going for sure and I will mix up the formation a little bit. But a bit tricky, don't want to do too much either. Hard to tell how much was default tactics and just how much was just crap night. Hm, some game time decisions coming up.
