Well remember, whenever you think you saw all, there is always more.
This picture is around 4 years old so these things happens from time to time. Sadly sometimes the game engine products unreal results or better to say unfair results because they are not really unreal.
The game have something called "real life possibility" which basically allows anything to happen.
More or less we all had this kind of results and for you won't be the last one but try if is possible to ignore them.
