I don't understand. I always have a response from them when i wake up next morning. It's part of the reason I write then, I find the support team to be very good and almost always return a satisfying note. Not just a form letter or ignoring whatever problem or suggestion I have. They have limited power, no suggestion can be implemented immediately, and things like ads are out of their hands. I'm not asking why i lost or anything unanswerable, so maybe this is what you mean by gameplay questions?
ok, then can you give us some example of a helpful answer ?
for example,
- the comment after a game was saying that my X player isn't motivate enough.
What does it mean ? How can I improve that ?
- Why I have always STs or GKs for recommended players ?
A member of the Greek forum was playing in a CH.L. +1 LV competition where almost all the teams at the 1st day of the season, were foul of scouts (for him).
He send a report, why he is playing in such a CH.L. (the same is happening to me of course) and the answer fom the support was this :p

3-2 victory against second place, this makes us league winners once again 39/39 going for the 40th next season!
two cups for NIK and RINO.
NIK was to promote to CH.L. (only 2nd-4th positions) so I 'm set for this season.
RINOKEROS won the cup but lost the league today, so I 'm little disappointed as I had a good and strong team :(

I think this is a great response, sincerely. Nordeus gave a considerable amount of information, the answer fits the question, and it was customized for the manager. It's way , way more than most companies (gaming, app , or otherwise) would supply.
They explain that CL draw accounts for talent, not just level, and that they have mathematical formulae behind it (systematic, not random). Often the highest level teams in cup are abandoned, clearly, and represent the lesser teams. It's like a broader way to rank and hash players than just a bell curve of team Q per level.
Frankly, I don't know what more you could want from a support reply, even if the formulae don't favor your draw. Suggest they stick to a strict same level policy? Different issue. That's a solid response.
Pretty much selling candies to small kids.
I do not think is fair from more points of view.
1. Competition is way harder once you play +1 level.
2. More boosters used, all 3 types of them.
3. More money.
4. Way, way more tokens that you need to use to compete with them.
5. More time in the game.
So pretty much you lose on everything.
Without being rude the only one who wins here is the game, nothing on for the manager and what they are saying there that the rewards are better is not a great example at all because just as I said, only to compete against them you would need to use more times the "win bonus", more money for the good players, also with the extra tokens spent to buy scout players so you can keep on their level you can directly buy cash with those tokens and win maybe 10 more times money.
So sorry Top Eleven, no!
i won treble with both my teams last season this year has been harder but my b team is on to retain champions league and my A team is on to retain treble but i difnt have an easy game in any cup n faced stronger teams particularly in group stages but i let them unestimate me now im worried if i retain treble do i get put up yet another level was lvl 23 in a level 27 cup last season,i dont buy scouts i buy 1 season ahead youths 18/19 n just train n train more u dont need many tokens per season i usually buy one reccogmend players but get everyone else from auctions scouts are only a seasons stop gap

Desert Rats FC suffered their first defeat under the renewed Management with a disappointing 0-1 reverse away at 9th place. Overall, good ratings for all players except the strikers and goalkeeper, but several chances went begging and the home side scored in the 64th minute to take all three points. No real damage done, as several other results in the League went against form and position, the Rats are still top but their lead has been cut to one point.

First leg of CL was away and set for 3AM my time. I didn't attend and lost 3-2. Home leg was also set for 3am for some reason. I changed the time to 10:30pm my time (and I believe 5am opponent time). Also it's an hour after server turnover so I was hoping opp wouldn't be able to boost up bonuses. Anyway, if I were the opponent, I'd be screaming that the result was fixed after this (and I wouldn't disagree):

Big League Game :
Persebaya 2014 3-2 Matt FC
Despite opposing manager had all of his friends supporting him, We somehow to turn around the scoreline from 0-2 into 2-2 after 54 minutes. Then Alfian was fouled by one of the DFs in the penalty zone and the great Cho finished the penalty to bring Persebaya the lead they need.
Next Opponent :
Raidapadat - 4th place - Rising Club
Misses next match :
Shinji Okazaki
Desert Rats FC put yesterday's defeat behind them with a comprehensive win over 5th place that keeps them out in front in the League table. While waiting for the kick off, the Management decided to have a look at the Transfer Market and strengthened the left midfield with this 5T purchase:

Unal Ozdemir was immediately inserted into the starting XI, which now sported a more balanced midfield line in their 4-4-1-1 formation, countering 4-3-2(AMW)-1, overall being a shade under 30% better Quality than their visiting opponents.

Striker Matt Goggin has been wearing the Captain armband in the past three matches, and has thriving on the responsibility, and scoring for the fun of it. He opened the scoring in this match, running in on a Glenn Seynaeve corner and beating the 'keeper and two defenders with a vicious shot into the net. Seynaeve has obviously been getting some free-kick practice in, as six minutes later, he increased the lead direct from the set-piece after a foul just outside the box. Goggin added another solo goal in a dramatic last five minutes before half-time, right-winger Emerson de Alencar Arraes limping off with a suspected hamstring injury, to be replaced after the break by left-winger Gary Cusack, playing out of position on the opposite side of the pitch. Central midfielder Ireneusz Jezierski bagged a debut goal, hustling a cross from right-back Rodrigo Gimenez into the net, before the visitors got onto the scoreboard with a solo goal by their left-winger. Ozdemir recorded a goal on his debut with the fifth and then assisted as Goggin made it two hat-tricks in three matches with the final goal two minutes before the final whistle, the Rats recording their biggest League win of the season, 6-1.
wtf? really nice draw...
(it's not ours, just the other Semi, but if we go to Finals, I'm sure, we play against this...:mad::mad:)

League Match :
Raidapadat 0-3 Persebaya 2014
Great opening goal by the great Cho Kwan-Myong immediately put the opponent into disarray. Sergio Moreira came in to replace Alfian Himawan in order to gain more experience during the 2nd half however that didn't say much as Rumaropen was the man with more chances alongside the North Korean.
With this match done and dusted we will be facing two rock bottom teams. They look threatening however so we must stay sharp.
why not wait? there is no comeback from this :D

So close to winning the title! :D

Desert Rats FC had an away trip to the League basement club, and in the absence of the Management (out enjoying himself), won 4-0. Glenn Seynaeve bagged a brace, Ulan Ozdemir and Simon Hunt, both with assists from Emerson de Alencar Arraes, scoring the others.
Vital match at home against 2nd place up next, the result of which could seal the Championship or throw it wide open to three other teams.

League :
Persebaya 2014 7-0 Reef Home United
After 39 minutes of stalemate Gareth Walker started the first of the 7 goals scored on their last home game.
This is the standings before the big game between AFC Green and Matt FC

Mathematicaly if Matt FC lose, we get the title early
With 2 home matches remaining I'm so so close to my first championship with victories only (I had an undefeated a couple seasons back).
Attachment 75473
I haven't conceded a goal for 13 league matches now.
I'll miss this accolade only if I get trolled there's no other way.
FA Match :
Persebaya 2014 4-1 Banzai FC
Without any pressures of staying in Gold Dividion 2 , "Laskar Bajul Ijo" managed to secure 3 valuable points thanks to The Firecats' loanee, Shintaro Ouici who managed to seal the deal in the last minutes and the MOM accolade.
FA Results :
Rapier managed to salvage 27 points from the first round, still hoping for maximum point possible to get back to Gold 2.
Really wonder why Week 4 FA Match is always the easiest one for us...

I lost my Nivea Cup Final today in penalties (2:2 full time)
Ok that happens.
But can someone explain me why my whole defence got rating below 6 (3 DC'S 5.2, 5.4 and 5.8). Even the player who I could rely on the entire season and never got the note even close to 6.0.
I would understand one player underperforming, but all three of them???? The sub DCs I put on the pitch also got the rating below 6!!
I felt there was nothing I could do to make them perform better.
The oppo played 4-ND-2, so I set up 3N-1-3MC-2w-1 which has always been successful for me against ND. I went for normal mentality, low press and man-to-man, no offside...
During the 2nd half when I already conceded 2 goals within 1minute: 37' and 38', I changed to attacking mentality, zonal, high press and turned offside on, but it had no effect on my defence performance.
Any ideas?? I would be grateful since AM told me nothing relevant...
Oh, and the overall strength...98% oppo, and I was 114%....
Edit: I got angry. I intentionally took 5th place last season to play once in Nivea League and win the trophy, but I was sabotaged by my defence.
I won 2 V styles today, 1st 1-5 in associations 1st match and then 1-2 vs the League Winner.
Now in 2 hours 2nd round of Asses' with a 4-13 in our favour.
