I literally contacted them about a comment not fitting the match circumstances yesterday, they forwarded it to devs as a suggestion to adjust the triggers for that comment with specific stats from my match. They thanked me and understood the point.
There's a problem in that for you? Trying to work with the people who can improve things? You want to call me a Nordeus Troll or something asinine too? I didn't think you were one with an attitude against me.

I don't understand. I always have a response from them when i wake up next morning. It's part of the reason I write then, I find the support team to be very good and almost always return a satisfying note. Not just a form letter or ignoring whatever problem or suggestion I have. They have limited power, no suggestion can be implemented immediately, and things like ads are out of their hands. I'm not asking why i lost or anything unanswerable, so maybe this is what you mean by gameplay questions?
